The Story

Slow-cooked black lentils in a creamy aromatic sauce infused with tomatoes and a symphony of traditional spices.

Ingredients: 

Black Gram, Tomato, Cream, Ghee, Milk, Butter, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Chili Powder, Sugar, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Rosemary Extract.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Boil 9 oz (260 ml) of water. Open pack and discard white freshness sachet inside.
  2. Empty pack and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. Then turn off heat, cover with lid and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve hot with roti or rice and enjoy!

Microwave Instruction

Open pack and discard white freshness  sachet. Empty pack into a bowl and add 9 oz (260 ml) of water. Stir well and microwave for 2 minutes. Cover for 5 minutes. Serve hot with roti or rice and enjoy!
