A tangy and nutty tomato-onion gravy made with tamarind and peanuts.

Ingredients:

Onion, Tomato, Tamarind, Coconut oil, Coconut, Peanut, Ginger, Garlic, Cashew, Jaggery, Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Mustard, Curry leaves, Turmeric, Dry red chili

Cooking Instructions:

1. Bring 100ml of water to boil in a pot on a stovepot
2. Turn off the flame, empty the pack and stir well
3. Close the lid for 3 mins
4. Serve hot and enjoy
