The Story

A classic on menus across the world, our aromatic and flavorful biryani is cooked with Basmati rice and vegetables marinated in yogurt and 15+ freshly ground spices for the perfect bite!

Ingredients:  

Basmati rice, Yogurt, Potato, Carrot, Cauliflower, Ghee, Coconut oil, Ginger, Garlic, Milk, Mint leaves, Green chili, Salt, Cilantro, Turmeric, Cumin, Clove, Green Cardamom, Mace, Rose water, Kewra water, Saffron, Rosemary extract, Caraway.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Boil 10 oz(290 ml) of water in a pot on stovetop
  2. Empty pack and cook on low flame for 3 mins.
  3. Turn off the flame, close the lid and rest for 5 mins
  4. Serve hot & enjoy ! Suggested Side : Salan

Microwave Instruction:

Empty pack into a bowl and add 11 oz (325 ml) of water. Stir well and microwave for 8 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy
