Ingredients:
Split and Skinned Green Gram, Rice, Peanut Oil, Salt, Cumin, Pepper, Rosemary Extract, Asafoetida.
Cooking Instructions:
- Empty pack into Instapot (or pressure cooker), add 17 oz(500 ml) water
- Set to HIGH pressure and select rice setting (or 4 whistles for pressure cooker)
- Once complete, let it rest for 8 mins, then open and stir well
- Serve hot with sambar and enjoy.
Microwave Instruction:
Empty pack into a bowl and add 17 oz (500 ml) of water. Stir well and microwave for 15 mins. Microwave for 2 more mins (and repeat) if necessary until the rice is cooked. Stir well, serve hot and enjoy.
